Autologous Chemotaxis as a Mechanism of Tumor Cell Homing to Lymphatics via Interstitial Flow and Autocrine CCR7 Signaling
This is a biology paper that describes an interesting mechanism for tumor metastasis. Currently, a new microfluidic platform with live-cell imaging is being used to study this effect. The project emphasizes the simulation of tumor microenvironment. Looking forward to discussing on Wednesday.

2. How does this homing mechanism fit in with other tumor cell mechanisms? What is the relative importance of this finding?
3. A presentation could be given on autocrine signalling and chemotaxis. The use of microfluidics for the study of these topics could also be discussed.
