    1. Yeast metabolites can be accurately identified using mass spectrometry, allowing for better classification methods on ionization of the metabolites.

    1. ESI mass spec can be used to analyze the metabolites of yeast with a high mass efficiency.
    2. So is this better than plain mass spec because it can distinguish between 2 metabolites of the same mass but with different charge.
