1. There are several methods for to bond PDMS layers for MF devices other than Oxygen Plasma bonding, and the paper presents some of them and describes their advantages.
2. What is the method used in VIIBRE? Oxygen plasma bonding? Would we have to have as much concern about clean surfaces with the other methods?
3. Could you go into details about the other methods named in the introduction and their uses.
